Setting Up Your Communicator
Connection Options
Your LATITUDE Communicator is designed to operate on standard phone lines like those that are in most people’s homes. It may work on other telephone systems, like a digital subscriber line (DSL) and voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), if they have a phone jack.
If you don’t have a landline, or if your landline does not work with the Communicator, there are other connection methods available. You only need one kind of connection.
Alternatives to a standard phone line:
- LATITUDE USB Ethernet Adapter* (uses an internet connection)
- LATITUDE USB Cellular Adapter* (uses a cellular data network)
*Optional connection accessories are available separately. Contact LATITUDE Patient Services at (866) 484-3268 for details.
