A passion for helping people in pain: Meet Scott Kreiner, M.D.

For the past 25 years, Dr. Kreiner has practiced sports medicine and pain management, including being the pain management physician for the Arizona Cardinals. He now takes on an important new role: Chief Medical Officer of our Neuromodulation division.

In 2025 Boston Scientific began working with an external consultant and technology platform to enable multiple regression statistical pay equity analyses, this process included refinement of our methodology. The Pay Equity analyses for 2025 were conducted over homogenous job families and subfamilies in our global career framework spanning our global workforce in 2025 based on pay as of September 2025, with the exception of our United States sales workforce which we anticipate future capabilities to analyze. Boston Scientific defines "pay equity" as similar pay for similar work.
