Submission Guidelines
- The Boston Scientific Endoscopy Grant Donation and Submission guidelines are as follows:
o Complete requests, including all required documents, must be submitted at least sixty (60) days prior to the event date for programs that include education, hands-on stations and/or exhibits. This will allow for necessary time to review, process and provide payment for approved grant requests. Failure to submit at least sixty (60) days prior to the event date will result in automatic denial of the submission.
o Charitable donations, Indigent Care & Humanitarian Product Donations, along with Professional Organization Fee Requests will be reviewed within 60 days of receiving a complete application, with all appropriate documentation included.
o Fellowship Grant Requests are due by March 1st and will be reviewed in April.
- We encourage applicants to submit their requests well in advance of these deadlines.
