An all-in-one go-to microcatheter to elevate every case
Replace multiple catheters with the workhorse that delivers all-in-one performance. With traditional 2.4 F and 2.8 F options, increasing flow often means losing trackability and prioritizing trackability can limit flow rates and embolic choices. TruSelect 2.6 eliminates these trade-offs, providing all three performance attributes in one microcatheter. The result is simplified access and reliable navigation through tortuous anatomy with reduced catheter exchanges. Built on the trusted TruSelect Microcatheter platform, the TruSelect 2.6 design extends that familiar performance into broader application across procedures.
Hand-shapeable tip
TruSelect 2.6 is available in Straight and 80° Bern shapes, both designed to be uniquely hand-shapeable at room temperature without heat or steam. Unlike with polymer-based materials, body temperature will not affect the TruSelect 2.6 tip, giving you confidence that it will retain its shape.
Polymer elasticity decreases by 30% within this increase in temperature.

Trackability
TruSelect 2.6 maintains the trusted performance and trackability of the TruSelect platform, with a design that removes common trade-offs and supports confident navigation through tortuous anatomy. It tracks smoothly and predictably to your intended destination, delivering the kind of precision traditionally associated with smaller 2.4 F microcatheters.
Lowest track force
Evaluation conducted in a pre-clinical model. Validated TM 92890228 Microcatheter Trackability was used to measure the maximum force required by the microcatheter to track over the guidewire to reach the target treatment site. 150 or 155cm lengths for each microcatheter were selected to represent a worst-case length for both device trackability and device coating durability. 5 units of each microcatheter were tested. All products were tested with straight tips. Bench test study results may not necessarily be indicative of clinical performance.
Torqueability
Near 1:1 torque response delivers controlled, responsive steering, enhancing how the hand-shapeable tip performs in challenging anatomy.
Near 1:1 torque response
Evaluation conducted in a pre-clinical model. Validated TM 92890267 Torque Response was used to evaluate the torque response at the distal end of the microcatheter when the proximal end is rotated. 150 or 155cm lengths for each microcatheter were selected to represent a worst-case length for device torque response. 5 units of each microcatheter were tested. All products were tested with straight tips. Bench test study results may not necessarily be indicative of clinical performance.
Flow rates
TruSelect 2.6 delivers high-flow performance while providing the lowest track forces amongst leading microcatheters* and an 0.025” ID facilitates compatibility with coils and large embolics.
High flow rates
*Evaluation conducted in a pre-clinical model. Validated TM 92890262 Flow Rate was used to determine the flow rate at which 100% contrast agent can be delivered through a microcatheter using a pressure injector at the clinical setting of 37ºC and rated pressure (of microcatheter). 150 or 155cm lengths for each microcatheter were selected to represent a worst-case length for device flow rate. 5 units of each microcatheter were tested. All products were tested with straight tips. Bench test study results may not necessarily be indicative of clinical performance.
