Executive Vice President, Global Operations

Paudie O’Connor is our executive vice president of Global Operations. In this role, he oversees Global Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory Affairs, Information Technology (IT), Global Business Services (GBS), Global Enterprise Excellence, Global Research and Development and Global Operations Services. Prior to his current role, he led our world-class Global Supply Chain team. Paudie’s career in healthcare and medical technology has spanned nearly 30 years, serving in various roles across management, operations and engineering. He is a passionate advocate for inclusion in the workplace, Paudie is supportive of the company’s many Employee Resource Groups including PRIDE. Paudie earned a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College in Dublin and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from University College Dublin.
