The StoneSmart™ Solutions ecosystem

The Asurys™ Fluid Management System — when paired with the LithoVue Elite™ Single-Use Digital Flexible Ureteroscope — is designed to transform urologic care by delivering a next-generation operating room experience. Together, these connected technologies aim to deliver intelligent irrigation by aiding in procedural intrarenal pressure (IRP) management.1

Why choose the Asurys Fluid Management System?

As a part of the StoneSmart Solutions ecosystem, the Asurys Fluid Management System offers numerous benefits when paired with the LithoVue Elite Single-Use Digital Flexible Ureteroscope System, such as:

  • Improved control over irrigation and visualization
  • Smarter flow and pressure responsiveness
  • Enabled scope controlled flushes to keep your procedure moving

Irrigation control

Asurys is designed to reduce reliance on support staff for irrigation control and manual flush via the LithoVue Elite Single-Use Digital Flexible Ureteroscope buttons.

Flow and flush limiters

In response to real-time IRP readings from the LithoVue Elite Single-Use Digital Flexible Ureteroscope, the Asurys Fluid Management System automatically regulates irrigation inflow to help minimize the potential of exceeding physician-selected IRP settings, which is designed to aid procedural IRP management.

ClariSee Flow Compensation

Tools inserted into the working channel of a scope may reduce irrigation flow rate, which can impair visualization and cause disruptions. ClariSee Flow Compensation is designed to automatically maintain a consistent flow rate with tools in the working channel.2

What can the Asurys Fluid Management System do on its own?

As a standalone device, the Asurys Fluid Management System is designed to:

  • Streamline communication and coordination with low-fluid notifications. Low-fluid notifications are designed to provide audible and visual alerts for the surgical staff when fluid bags are running low, and again when they are empty.
  • Irrigate a variety of procedures. Versatile procedure modes enable you to perform cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, PCNL, and BPH procedures with the same irrigation setup process for more consistent cases.
  • Save desired pump pressure settings to your customized physician profile for consistent procedural setup.
