e-Invoicing
Boston Scientific strongly supports the adoption of electronic invoicing (eInvoicing) wherever feasible, as part of our commitment to streamlining and enhancing the way we engage with our suppliers. eInvoicing offers clear benefits that help improve efficiency and transparency across our procurement processes.
Boston Scientific uses SAP Business Network for the ordering and invoicing indirect spend. Once you are an enabled supplier in SAP Business Network, you will receive Purchase Orders (POs) from BSC electronically, and you will create and send invoices electronically.
Getting Started
1. If you are a new supplier in the Ariba Network, we advise you to easily sign up as a Standard supplier to be able to access these benefits.
2. If you are already registered, please email your allocated Ariba Network ID (ANID). We will use this ANID to establish a trading relationship with you through the Ariba Network.
