Join EP faculty and Boston Scientific Professional Education staff for a 45-minute hands-on experience with the latest FARAVIEW™ PFA mapping integration featuring FARAWAVE™ NAV with Contact Sensing and FARAPOINT™ focal PFA technology.  Engage with experienced faculty regarding their clinical experience and adoption of FARAVIEW™ in daily practice.

45-minute sessions will begin at the start of each hour.

CARDIAC RHYTHM MANAGEMENT

LBBAP hands-on training

  • Saturday, April 25 - 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm CT
  • Sunday, April 26 - 8:30 am – 11:30 am CT

This workshop provides a guided, immersive experience in Left Bundle Branch Area Pacing (LBBAP). Participants will practice implanting an Ingevity+™ lead using SSPC NXT™ delivery catheters within a VR simulator that offers fluoroscopic imaging, real‑time ECG feedback, and electrical measurements as the lead advances through the interventricular septum. Participants will also utilize 3D cardiac anatomy models, placing an actual Ingevity+™ leads into the septum with direct visualization of septal engagement and catheter manipulation. The session includes interactive discussions with Boston Scientific R&D experts covering the CSP product portfolio, design considerations, and clinical insights.

Note: Groups rotate into the truck every 30 minutes.

LAAC SOLUTIONS

Immersive VR learning: Step inside a WATCHMAN™ procedure

  • Saturday, April 25 - 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm CT

Put on a headset and step into a WATCHMAN case. Interactive VR experience places user in a lab, guiding step by step through the procedure with a unique, firsthand perspective designed to enhance procedural understanding and training.

10-minute walk-up sessions happening between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm CT.

LAAC SOLUTIONS

WATCHMAN™ and Access Solutions hands-on training

  • Saturday, April 25 - 9:00 am – 12:00 pm CT
  • Sunday, April 26 - 8:30 am – 11:30 am CT

This immersive workshop combines hands-on simulation and scenario-based learning to strengthen both transseptal access and left atrial appendage closure skills. Participants will use the Mentice simulator to practice advanced implantation techniques with the WATCHMAN FLX™ Pro LAAC device and WATCHMAN TruSteer™ Access System delivery catheter, while also advancing transseptal proficiency using the VersaCross™ RF wire-based technology for left heart therapies, including transcatheter LAA closure. Concomitant considerations and resources for adding the LAAC therapy to ablation for eligible patients will also be available. The program emphasizes strategies for navigating complex anatomies and includes practical considerations and resources for integrating LAAC therapy alongside ablation in appropriate patients.

60-minute sessions will begin at the start of the hour.

Fellows VR experience. Open to all. During your session, you can experience one or both VR modules.

FARAPULSE™ + ICE imaging virtual reality experience: Step into an immersive VR environment and explore the FARAPULSE PFA workflow with ICE imaging. This high-impact training experience enhances spatial understanding, ideal catheter positioning concepts, and builds confidence navigating the procedure with reduced fluoroscopy – all within a realistic, risk-free virtual setting.

WATCHMAN™ workflow + ICE imaging virtual reality experience: Experience the WATCHMAN procedure like never before with this interactive VR training module. Learn ICE-guided assessment, access, and device deployment through a dynamic environment that accelerates spatial understanding, enhances imaging proficiency, and strengthens procedural confidence from start to finish.

Sessions start every 30 minutes. Walk-ups welcome.
