  • Employees can share feedback, ask questions and raise concerns through multiple communication channels designed to encourage open dialogue and transparency.
  • We regularly conduct voluntary employee surveys to better understand employee experiences and identify areas where additional support or resources may be needed.
  • In 2025, we conducted a companywide engagement survey to gather feedback on job satisfaction, leadership effectiveness, career development and the work environment which helps us identify focus areas and continuously strengthen our culture. The results showed that 91% of employees stated they felt proud to work for Boston Scientific and 85% would recommend Boston Scientific as a great place to work.

Compensation and pay equity

  • Our compensation programs are designed to be competitive, performance-based and equitable. In addition to base pay, employees may receive variable compensation such as annual performance bonuses, sales incentives, long-term incentive stock awards and recognition awards for exceptional achievements.
  • Equal pay for equal work is fundamental to our inclusive culture. Our most recent compensation analysis found no statistically significant pay disparity for 99%1 or more of our employees worldwide.

  1. In 2025 Boston Scientific began working with an external consultant and technology platform to enable multiple regression statistical pay equity analyses, this process included refinement of our methodology. The Pay Equity analyses for 2025 were conducted over homogenous job families and subfamilies in our global career framework spanning our global workforce in 2025 based on pay as of September 2025, with the exception of our United States sales workforce which we anticipate future capabilities to analyze. Boston Scientific defines "pay equity" as similar pay for similar work.
