Listening to our employees
- Employees can share feedback, ask questions and raise concerns through multiple communication channels designed to encourage open dialogue and transparency.
- We regularly conduct voluntary employee surveys to better understand employee experiences and identify areas where additional support or resources may be needed.
- In 2025, we conducted a companywide engagement survey to gather feedback on job satisfaction, leadership effectiveness, career development and the work environment which helps us identify focus areas and continuously strengthen our culture. The results showed that 91% of employees stated they felt proud to work for Boston Scientific and 85% would recommend Boston Scientific as a great place to work.
