If you've been using MANTIS Clip, you know it can close many defects. But how do you manage closure post-resection for procedures such as ESD, POEM, or full-thickness resection?
Instead of relying on through-the-scope (TTS) clips or MANTIS Clip, you could consider using the X-Tack Endoscopic HeliX Tacking System – offering HeliX Tacks tethered with a polypropylene suture. X-Tack allows for independent, TTS placement of fixation points to help address the challenge of spanning defects.

The objective of the study was to evaluate MANTIS Clip's tissue apposition and mobilization design features as compared with Boston Scientific Resolution 360 Clips and other competitive clips. The bench study was performed with minimal training via some preparation in the ex-vivo model. Bench testing results may not necessarily be indicative of clinical performance.
