What’s the greatest challenge you’ve ever overcome and how has it shaped your career at Boston Scientific?
Transitioning from high school into UCLA’s engineering program was a major transition for me. The rigor of the curriculum was unlike anything I had experienced before, and it ultimately taught me how to systematically approach and solve difficult problems. This experience has trickled over into the way I approach engineering problems I come across at Boston Scientific.
Who most helped you get where you are today?
My mother’s encouragement, support, and patience throughout the years of my schooling helped me to reach where I am today.
In what way do you feel you impact our patients most?
Knowing that I can have a share in helping patients get back to their normal routine in life by relieving their chronic pain brings me a sense of satisfaction.
