Employee resource groups

Our employee resource groups (ERGs) are company-sponsored, employee-led communities that bring employees together around shared experiences, interests and perspectives. ERGs create opportunities for connection, professional growth and engagement beyond day-to-day roles while supporting a strong, collaborative culture.

Global ERGs

  • ERGs are open to all employees, and participation from colleagues across the organisation is encouraged to foster learning, networking and collaboration.
  • Each ERG is supported by an executive sponsor and develops strategic plans aligned with business priorities, with a focus on career development, workplace experience and community engagement. ERGs also provide valuable insights through global leadership forums.
  • Participation in ERGs continues to grow across our global workforce, including among product builders and supply chain employees, supported by expanded access to ERG activities during working hours at several sites worldwide. In 2025, more than 10,000 employees participated in one or more of our 10 global ERGs.
