In 2025 Boston Scientific began working with an external consultant and technology platform to enable multiple regression statistical pay equity analyses, this process included refinement of our methodology. The Pay Equity analyses for 2025 were conducted over homogenous job families and subfamilies in our global career framework spanning our global workforce in 2025 based on pay as of September 2025, with the exception of our United States sales workforce which we anticipate future capabilities to analyse. Boston Scientific defines "pay equity" as similar pay for similar work.
