Dystonia Europe (DE) and The European Parkinson’s Disease Association (EPDA are collaborating with Boston Scientific Corporation to increase awareness, understanding of solutions and to take initiatives in the worldwide fight against Parkinson’s disease and dystonia, two areas of high unmet need. Under the terms of these equal partnerships, Dystonia Europe, the EPDA and Boston Scientific will work together on practical initiatives to improve Parkinson’s and dystonia care in Europe.

ISAL Foundation has for many years a strong action to raise awareness of citizens and media on the subject of pain. Since 2009 ISAL Foundation have been started the World Day “100 cities against pain”, an yearly event involving Italian and International squares which aims to disseminate information on chronic pain and the possibility of cure. |

Chronic pain should be recognized as a disease by itself, causing physical impairment, psychological distress, and socio-professional difficulties. AFVD activities are fully dedicated and intended to improve chronic pain prevention, diagnosis and management. |
2.Help and support patients suffering from chronic pain |
Inform patients and their relatives about pain management solutions, change patients behaviors towards pain, share experiences, and help them to claim for support and treatment. |
