We've deployed technology-enabled solutions to help you remotely with device setup, capital equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and most importantly case support. We've also created tools to help you connect remotely with your patients. Examples include:
- A merged reality app that connects the healthcare team with a Boston Scientific representative to deliver virtual case support and that requires no additional hardware or training.
- A tool that enables healthcare providers to create videos of themselves and send them to patients - providing pre - and post-procedure information to reduce surgery cancellations and aid in better patient recovery.
- A patient monitoring tool that allows physicians to detect the risk of heart failure symptons worsening up to 30 days in advance, so patients can be contacted and provided with support on how to manage symptons to keep them out of hospital.
