The platform allows physicians to collaborate with dosimetry experts remotely to plan treatments using Therasphere. Physicians can schedule a virtual consultation, upload relevant DICOM images, and provide patient treatment information for expert dosimetry assistance.

To book a session, register using your email and login to our booking page using a one-time password. Select an available time slot from our dosimetry experts. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on how to upload necessary files and join the virtual meeting.

You will need to:

  • Upload anonymized patient's DICOM images.
  • Complete the Patient Treatment Information Form with specific details about the case, including relevant clinical and procedural data.

These should be submitted at least 36 hours prior to your scheduled consultation.

Once you have booked a session, you will receive a link in your confirmation email to securely upload the patient’s DICOM images. Simply follow the link, select the files from your system, and upload them to the repository.

The Patient Treatment Information Form collects essential details about your patient’s case to assist in creating an optimized dosimetry plan. It includes questions about the patient's condition, treatment goals, and procedural specifics.

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by clicking the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email or by contacting our support team at (email - coming soon) or (phone - coming soon).

After booking your session, you will receive a Microsoft Teams link in your confirmation email. Simply click on the link at the scheduled time to join the virtual consultation with the dosimetry expert.

During the consultation, the dosimetry expert will review the DICOM images and patient details with you to plan the optimal treatment strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss the case in detail and ask any questions related to the dosimetry planning.

Yes, all patient data, including DICOM images and treatment details, are securely handled in compliance with applicable data protection regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR. Only authorized personnel will have access to this data, and it will be used solely for the purpose of treatment planning.

All data uploaded and shared on our platform is encrypted and stored in secure repositories. We follow strict privacy protocols to ensure that patient information is kept confidential and is accessed only by those involved in the planning process.

Yes, you can book multiple sessions for different cases. For each case, please follow the same process of scheduling a time slot, uploading DICOM images, and submitting the patient treatment information form.

To join the Microsoft Teams virtual consultation, you’ll need a stable internet connection, a device with a microphone and camera, and the Microsoft Teams app (or you can join directly via your browser without installing the app).
