Want to present at the EuroPCR 2024 congress?

This is your chance. Submit a Rotational Atherectomy case report that features ROTAWIRE™ Drive and IVUS and give yourself the opportunity to host a Meet the Expert session at EuroPCR 2024.

How do I submit my case report?

The subject of this case report contest are ROTAWIRE™ Drive on-label cases that use IVUS guidance. You can upload your case on this website, by using a specific PowerPoint template that you can download right here. The PowerPoint will help you to fill out the minimum information required.

The winner will be invited as a faculty speaker at the Boston Scientific Training Village at the renowned congress EuroPCR 2024. EuroPCR takes place in Paris on May 14 to May 17, 2024.

The case presentation will take place as an intimate Meet The Expert session as part of the sponsored programme. We will advertise you as our winner and your case report on different digital channels both pre-event as well as post-event with a video on demand.

You can submit your case between January 22nd and March 15th. After March 15th, the judging panel will evalute your case: decide the winner! The winner will be contacted privately and all arrangements will be made for them to participate in the faculty of EuroPCR 2024

Like with every competition, there are some guidelines that you need to follow to level the playing field. You can find them below:

  1. Case reports should describe any calcified lesion case guided by IVUS and prepped with ROTAWIRE™ Drive.
  2. Cases need to be retrospective.
  3. Cases need to include angio runs and pre-, peri- and post-IVUS images.
  4. Cases need to be on-label.
  5. Cases need to be anonymous (without any patient data).
  6. Cases need to include the following details: age, conditions, type of lesion, result after the PCI, for example:
    "71-year-old male patient with hypertension and history of CABG in 2007, presented with crescendo angina over 2 months. Severe calcified stenosis on proximal and distal RCA, severe stenosis in PL".
  7. Multiple Case Report submissions are allowed.

Your case report should fulfill the minimum requirement to be eligeable to win. To make it easier for you, we came up with this downloadable case report template that you can fill out step by step. Feel free to change the look.

The case reports will be evaluated by Interventional cardiologists at Boston Scientific and should:

  1. Meet all the entry criteria
  2. Have a challenging case complexity
  3. Give a clear overview of the final revascularitation results
  4. Use the optimal tools
  5. Have educational interest
