The Pelvic Floor Institute (PFI) began as the first organized effort to capture the clinical knowledge and expertise available in our industry. Today, the PFI continues to support physicians in an effort to improve patient care globally. Just as you strive to expand your learning and improve patient outcomes, we’re committed to gathering the latest tools, proven techniques and discussion resources to aid in your journey to excellence.

Founding Members

Adam Holzberg, DO

Dr. Holzberg completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2000 and his fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery in 2003 at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ after earning his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. He is the Co-Division Head for the division of Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cooper University Hospital and is part of the teaching faculty for its fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery.

Dennis Miller, MD

Dr. Miller serves as the Medical Director of Milwaukee Urogynecology and an Associate Clinical Professor in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Dr. Miller completed his fellowship in advanced pelvic surgery at The Cleveland Clinic in 1989. Throughout the 1990s, he trained hundreds of surgeons in urogynecologic surgery. This has included laparoscopic and minimally invasive approaches to incontinence and prolapse.

Peter Lotze, MD

Dr. Lotze, a Board Certified FPMRS subspecialist, is the Director of the Fellowship Program in Urogynecology at Ob/Gyn Associates in Houston, TX. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Ob/Gyn, Division of Urogynecology for the University of Texas, Houston. He is the Director for the Anatomy Lab for the Department of OB/Gyn Resident Education at the University of Texas, Houston. He is the Chief of Surgery at the Woman's Hospital of Texas. He has published several articles in the area of Urogynecology and remains actively engaged in research in pelvic health issues.

Peter Rosenblatt, MD

Since 1995, Dr. Rosenblatt has served as the Director of Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at Mount Auburn Hospital. Dr. Rosenblatt earned his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine. After a residency in OB/GYN at University of Massachusetts Medical School, he completed his fellowship in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at Brown University School of Medicine by 1995. He served as the Urogynecology Fellowship Director at Mount Auburn Hospital from 1999 - 2010. Dr. Rosenblatt is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Harvard Medical School.
