As such, we are not responsible for their content or opinions, and we reserve the right to remove any comment or content for any reason.

Comments That May Involve a Potential Product Complaint

As a medical device manufacturer, we strive to design products that are safe and benefit patients and healthcare providers. If a comment infers that there may be a problem with our product, we may contact you to investigate the nature of the complaint according to our company’s policies.

Comments About Unapproved Uses of Products

We do not promote or encourage unapproved uses of our products. Accordingly, we may remove comments about the use of our products in a manner that is inconsistent with the product's approved labeling.

Comments Containing Vulgarity

Boston Scientific wants to provide a respectful and welcoming community for all and may remove comments that use profanity, hate speech or other offensive language.

Comments That Are Off-Topic

We want it to be easy for our followers to find relevant and useful information. Sometimes comments are posted that are off-topic, make unsupported accusations or claims, contain misleading information, promote the buying and selling of goods or services or spam. We reserve the right to remove these comments if they deter from our community’s intent.

Comments Containing Personally Identifiable Information

Information posted on social media platforms may be viewed by the public and further used or disclosed. As such, social media platforms should not be considered private or secure. Please be mindful of what you post, take appropriate steps to protect your personal information, and do not post any information that could violate the privacy rights of others. We may remove comments or posts that contain personal information about you or someone you know, including phone number, address, email, date of birth, or other personally identifiable information. It may be better instead for us to have a private dialogue about your issue through email or telephone conversation.
