Founding Members
Adam Holzberg, DO
Dr. Holzberg is currently an Associate Professor at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University and serves as the Division Head and Fellowship Program Director for the Division of Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery at Cooper University Health Care in Camden, NJ. He received his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his OB/GYN residency and FPMRS fellowship at Cooper University Hospital. He received his subspecialty certification in FPMRS from the ABOG in the original class of 2013. His area of interest is graft use in vaginal reconstructive surgery where he is widely published. He is a founding member of the Mesh Special Interest Group and founding Chair of the EMR Special Interest Group for the American Urogynecologic Society. He serves as the Cooper principal investigator for the FDA 522 trials on the use of grafts in pelvic reconstruction. Dr. Holzberg also serves as Cooper University Health Care’s Medical Director of the Ambulatory Clinical Documentation Improvement Program and is the Physician Champion/Chair for Physician Engagement. Dr. Holzberg also has a special interest in international medicine. He serves as the Secretary and is a founding board member for International Healthcare Volunteers. He has participated in multiple medical missions to Ghana, West Africa.
Dennis Miller, MD
Dr. Miller serves as the Medical Director of Milwaukee Urogynecology and an Associate Clinical Professor in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Dr. Miller completed his fellowship in advanced pelvic surgery at The Cleveland Clinic in 1989. Throughout the 1990s, he trained hundreds of surgeons in urogynecologic surgery. This has included laparoscopic and minimally invasive approaches to incontinence and prolapse.
Peter Lotze, MD
Dr. Lotze, a Board Certified FPMRS subspecialist, is the Director of the Fellowship Program in Urogynecology at Ob/Gyn Associates in Houston, TX. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Ob/Gyn, Division of Urogynecology for the University of Texas, Houston. He is the Director for the Anatomy Lab for the Department of OB/Gyn Resident Education at the University of Texas, Houston. He is the Chief of Surgery at the Woman's Hospital of Texas. He has published several articles in the area of Urogynecology and remains actively engaged in research in pelvic health issues.
Peter Rosenblatt, MD
Since 1995, Dr. Rosenblatt has served as the Director of Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at Mount Auburn Hospital. Dr. Rosenblatt earned his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine. After a residency in OB/GYN at University of Massachusetts Medical School, he completed his fellowship in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at Brown University School of Medicine by 1995. He served as the Urogynecology Fellowship Director at Mount Auburn Hospital from 1999 - 2010. Dr. Rosenblatt is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Harvard Medical School.
