Equal pay for equal work

Equal pay for equal work is rooted in our values and is essential to attracting, engaging and retaining our workforce. That’s why we regularly track and share our progress.
*In 2021, we again reported no statistically significant pay disparity for 99% or greater of salaried, sales and hourly employees across gender globally and for multicultural talent in the U.S., including Puerto Rico.
 
 
1. Gender: Includes all employees globally where gender is identified. Excludes any employees where gender is “undeclared” and “unknown.”
2. Multicultural talent: In the U.S. and Puerto Rico, defined as African American/Black, Asian, Hispanic/Latino, American Indian/Alaskan, Native Hawaiian/Other Pacific Islander, and two or more races. Excludes any employees who choose not to self-identify.
3. Executive officers: Includes all executive officers listed in the Annual Report.
4. Senior management: Includes all levels that are director, vice president, senior vice president, executive vice president and CEO.
5. Supervisors and managers: Includes all levels that are supervisor, manager I and manager II.
