What to expect





What you’ll need
- An undergraduate Business degree in Accounting or Finance, ideally with a 3.2 GPA
- Relevant internship experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience and excellent communication and influencing skills
- An analytical and quantitative approach to work, and a talent for identifying and overcoming challenges

How are rotations assigned?
Your first rotation will be assigned based upon availability and your qualifications. Once you’ve been with us a year, you’ll be in a better position to choose an area you feel you can make the biggest impact.
What are some examples of the work I would be expected to perform in my role?
You could be asked to analyze complex technical accounting issues, perform actual versus budget reviews, or work with our business partners as they set strategic goals and drive profitable growth. Wherever you find yourself, you’ll play a key role on your team, contributing to meaningful projects and presenting to senior colleagues across the business.
Where would I work?
Opportunities are available in Massachusetts and Minnesota.
Will I be compensated?
Yes, the Finance Rotation Program provides competitive compensation for entry-level positions in the finance and accounting job market.
Is there relocation assistance?
Yes, for those students who do not live or attend school near a local office, assistance will be provided. Individual eligibility will be evaluated by your recruiter and the FLDP team.
