Boston Scientific Supports the World Diabetes Day Campaign
World Diabetes Day, November 14, is a worldwide campaign under the umbrella of the United Nations orchestrated by the International Diabetes Federation, an alliance of over 200 diabetes associations in over 160 countries.
Major objectives include:
- Reaching 1 billion people worldwide with care and prevention messages including information about the causes, symptoms, complications and treatment of Diabetes.
- Promoting Diabetes prevention and care among healthcare professionals through education materials and programs.
