Boston Scientific may provide Exhibits to third-party Educational Programs that further medical and scientific knowledge through didactic discourse and debate among participants by hosting a designated space devoted to Boston Scientific or Boston Scientific product during an educational program. Boston Scientific believes that such Programs are a critical catalyst to advancements in the medical community, and we support a wide range of Programs at the local, regional and national level.

This section is intended to serve as a reference for medical professionals regarding the Exhibit application process. Provided are the necessary forms and materials required to submit a request.

Boston Scientific may provide Exhibits whether or not Boston Scientific provides a grant for the same Educational Program. However, Exhibit and Educational Program grant funding must be submitted, reviewed and approved as two separate requests.

Boston Scientific may provide Exhibits to the following types of Educational Programs:

  • Institutional, national, regional or local continuing medical education conferences and professional meetings

* Required Documentation for Exhibits*

  • A completed BSC Exhibit Sponsorship Request form
  • A Request Letter on official letterhead from conference provider specifying financial and other support requested
  • A Conference brochure, detailed agenda, or detailed event description with dates, location, topics, speakers, and CME support requested
  • A completed W-9 form

Please Note: Our divisional grant committees cannot review incomplete applications.

All requests may have amounts changed and/or be denied due to budgetary constraints. It is important not to assume approval until BSC has provided you with confirmation of approval.
