Submission Information

The Boston Scientific CRM/EP Grant Committee reviews applications on a regular basis every month. Documentation is required by the submission deadline date, at least 10 days prior to the scheduled meeting date. Read below to view the deadlines for each specific grant and also how to submit your application.

When to Submit

  1. Charitable Donations - Reviewed MONTHLY; Submit at least 60 days prior to the event date; whenever possible.

  2. Educational Conference Grants - Reviewed MONTHLY; Submit at least 60 days prior to the event date; whenever possible.

  3. Fellowship Grants - Reviewed ANNUALLY in April; Submission deadline is March 1 each year.


  4. Exhibits - Reviewed MONTHLY; Submit at least 60 days prior to the event date; whenever possible.

How to Submit


There are 3 ways you may submit your grant request.

It is possible for any submission to be approved at an amount less than the amount requested or for a submission to be completely denied due to budgetary constraints. Past funding is not a guarantee for a future approval. It is important not to assume approval until a formal confirmation of approval has been provided
