This commitment to high standards is reflected in our role as a long-time supporter of AdvaMed's Code of Ethics. This Code (effective as of 1 January 2004) has established a series of guidelines for the collaborative interactions of health care professionals with medical technology companies like Boston Scientific.

We are proud to announce that in addition to acting as a founding member of the team that created the AdvaMed Code, we are also one of the first AdvaMed member companies to sign the Code of Ethics Licensing Agreement.

As a Charter Code of Ethics Supporter, Boston Scientific is now licensed to display the new AdvaMed Code of Ethics Logo in select communications.

This Logo signifies that we understand the guidelines for behavior as defined in the AdvaMed Code. The Logo is also a clear symbol that Boston Scientific is a company that believes in providing health care professionals a way to select medical technologies and therapies based solely on their effectiveness, quality and value.
