U.S. federal government employees must obtain and provide to Boston Scientific written approval (letter, email or facsimile is acceptable) from their applicable designated ethics officer in order to participate in this program.
Massachusetts and Vermont laws prohibit BSC from providing health care providers licensed by Massachusetts or Vermont with meals or refreshments provided in connection with this educational program. Massachusetts and Vermont health care providers must pay for their food/beverages, directly to the restaurant/hotel, etc.
