Lower Extremity Occlusive Disease (LEOD)

Program Overview:
This course examines lower extremity occlusive disease (LEOD) including causes, symptoms, and treatment through slides, lecture, and discussion. Lower extremity anatomy is reviewed leading to an overview of LEOD symptoms, diagnostic procedures, and the available treatment options for the disease.

Program Objectives:
Upon completion of this program, the participant should be able to:

• Describe basic lower extremity anatomy
• Recognize and describe the symptoms of LEOD
• Understand LEOD diagnostic procedures
• Describe treatment options for LEOD

Intended Audience:
This program is intended for registered nurses and radiologic technologists.

Program Location/Availability:
Program is presented in-person and held on-site at the hospital.

CE programs are subject to change. Courses are held on site unless otherwise indicated by your local Boston Scientific Representative.

Requirements for Successful Completion
Attendees are required to sign-in on the attendance sheet.  Obtaining full credit for this program depends upon attendance from beginning to end. The presenter will monitor the program for attendance for the entire program, and attendees should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their attendance. Participants are requested to complete the pre- and post-evaluations for the program.
