Finance Rotation Program

Our Finance Rotation program was developed to attract talented, energetic and passionate undergraduates interested in pursuing a career in corporate finance and accounting. Once hired into the program, you will complete two challenging and highly-visible, 12-month rotation programs. As an analyst you will have an opportunity to work with several Finance groups such as Corporate Audit & Control, Global Operations Finance, Global Business Services, Corporate FP&A, Divisional Finance, Treasury, and Corporate Accounting.

Program Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Business degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university
  • Relevant internship experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and effective communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills 
    Flexibility to work in any of our U.S. offices

Program Details

The Finance Rotation Program is a full-time, entry-level position in finance or accounting. You will complete two 12-month rotation assignments and gain valuable experience as you perform a variety of roles.

What is the benefit of a 12-month rotation?

A 12-month rotation enables our Finance Rotation Associates to align with Boston Scientific’s financial calendar of planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. This experience equips our Associates with the knowledge necessary to drive efficiencies and continuous improvements throughout the organization.

How are rotations assigned?

Your first rotation will be assigned based upon availability and relevant qualifications. The second rotation will be based upon alignment of your interests and business needs.

What are some examples of the work I would be expected to perform in my role?

In various roles, you may be expected to analyze technical accounting issues, perform actual versus budget reviews, or work with our business partners as they set strategic goals and drive profitable growth. Strong communication skills will be critical, as you will be expected to present your work to the broader group and contribute to team projects.

Where would I work?

Various Finance Rotation opportunities are available in Boston Scientific sites in Massachusetts and Minnesota.

Will I be compensated?

Yes, the Finance Rotation Program provides competitive compensation for entry-level positions in the finance and accounting job market.

Is there relocation assistance?

Yes, if your rotation position is outside of the state of your primary residence Boston Scientific will provide relocation assistance.
