Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities
Boston Scientific is searching for talented individuals with disabilities to fill open positions. We’re committed to sustaining a culture of inclusion that welcomes everyone, where everyone can feel valued, appreciated and respected. Our goal is to change the lives of communities worldwide. That doesn’t happen without people from a diverse range of backgrounds – including people with both apparent and non-apparent disabilities.
Our LEAD employee resource group embraces disability inclusion by focusing on Leadership, Education, and Allies for Disabilities. Our mission is to empower people to bring their “whole selves” to work. LEAD raises awareness for issues specific to people with disabilities in the workplace. All while creating allies and sustaining a safe environment where we can learn, teach and share resources for individuals, customers and allies.
Partnership with USBLN
We’re proud members of the US Business Leadership Network (USBLN) and its acclaimed Going for the Gold project, dedicated to pioneering inclusion in the workplace. This has led to an improved understanding of 503 regulatory requirements and how to increase disability inclusion in the workplace, as well as helped us to identify talent through sourcing partners.
Our culture includes ready access to reasonable accommodations for employees and applicants. If you require an accommodation during the application process, or on the job, you’re encouraged to reach out to our Employment Policy and Employee Relations Director, Lynn Prust, at 651-582-6485 or Lynn.Prust@bsci.com.
We’re committed to finding and hiring the best talent. To accomplish this, we’re engaged with Disability services for students with disabilities on the college campuses we recruit from, and partner with various organizations who provide employment services to people with disabilities. You can also access opportunities through our careers portal to learn more.
