Our employee safety Responsibility, Ownership and Behavior (ROB) program is a global initiative that establishes safety culture requirements and provides a five-step model to identify and implement safety improvements. This program’s goal is to increase safety awareness and ownership among employees and help prevent incidents through personal awareness and action.
