Your time is valuable, and we respect that. From application to interviewing and following up, we do as much as we can to make sure the whole process is quick and efficient. You’ll know where you stand and what the next steps are all along the way. The actual process can differ between people and positions, but we’re dedicated to getting to know you and making decisions in the most effective way possible.

Applying Online

The best way for you to get noticed by our recruitment team is to submit a resume into our online system. You can rest assured that we’ve received your information if you get a confirmation email. If your qualifications don’t match the openings we’ve got now, that doesn’t mean they won’t in the future.

Interviews

Once you’ve applied, and if your online application meets what we’re looking for, a recruiter will call you to talk about the position and your potential career at Boston Scientific. The next step is the in-person interview. You’ll be given a schedule and know who you’re meeting with ahead of time, so you know what you’ll be discussing and how much time it’ll take. You should do some research and be prepared to discuss the work we do and how you’ll add value to Boston Scientific. We’ll also send you an application ahead of time, so you can come with it already filled out instead of scrambling to do it while you’re here.

Following Up and Joining Our Staff

Once the interviewing is complete and a decision has been made, all interviewed candidates will be contacted. The process is designed to make sure you’re a good match for our company, and that Boston Scientific is the right fit for you. If you’re the right person for the job, you’ll be supported while you transition into life at Boston Scientific.
