We seek to identify highly motivated candidates with demonstrated leadership qualities, strong business skills, as well as mobile individuals who are willing to be placed in any of our US facilities. This program offers participants exceptional opportunities for leadership skill development through training and diversified experiences in rotation assignments throughout the company.
Key Aspects of the program include two one-year rotations in different finance and accounting departments in corporate, divisional, and manufacturing departments. You will experience continuous training for two years, participate in different interdepartmental projects, and have the opportunity for financial support to complete your CPA or CFA.
Qualified candidates will have an outstanding scholastic achievement with a degree in accounting or finance. Candidates should be able to work in cross-functional teams, be results-oriented, a team player, and be willing to relocate domestically for assignments.
