Undergraduate Rotation Programs

Are you a recent or soon to be college graduate seeking to try different areas in your field? We offer rotation programs in Finance/Accounting and Information Systems that provide you the opportunity to develop, work in the exciting medical device industry, and contribute to the bottom line of the organization.

We seek to identify highly motivated candidates with demonstrated leadership qualities, strong business skills, as well as mobile individuals who are willing to be placed in any of our US facilities. Our programs offer participants exceptional opportunities for leadership skill development through training and diversified experiences in rotation assignments throughout the company.

Finance/Accounting Rotation Program

Key Aspects of the program include two one-year rotations in different finance and accounting departments in corporate, divisional, and manufacturing departments. You will experience continuous training for two years, participate in different interdepartmental projects, and have the opportunity for financial support to complete your CPA or CFA.

Qualified candidates will have an outstanding scholastic achievement with a degree in accounting or finance. Candidates should be able to work in cross-functional teams, be results-oriented, a team player, and be willing to relocate domestically for assignments.

Information Systems Rotation Program

Participants in this program will complete two to four rotations in order to complete a two year engagement. Information System rotations can be customized to accommodate career goals focusing in particular business areas or technical disciplines. The participants will have varying experiences and development opportunities with the expectation of progressing from an entry to mid-level analyst. Formal training will be a key part of the offering with candidates exiting with a CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certificate.

Target candidates are students who are seeking to have an enriching experience across multiple disciplines within Information Systems. Opportunities will be in project management, application development, and support. Functional groups supported include Finance, Legal, Infrastructure, Sales & Marketing, Research & Development, Quality, International, and Manufacturing Operations.
