Airway Stent Placement
A tiny tube known as a stent is placed to prop open the airway to help the patient breathe better and to keep it from becoming obstructed again.
Transbronchial Biopsy (TBB)
Biopsy forceps are used to retrieve a small piece of tissue from a suspicious area of the lung or airway in order to diagnose lung disease.
Transbronchial Needle Aspiration (TBNA)
Transbronchial Aspiration Needles are used to collect a tissue sample from a suspicious area of the lung or airway in order to diagnose or stage lung disease.
