The PinPoint Introducer Needle is designed for use with the Easy Core Biopsy System with Delta Cut Biopsy Needle, facilitating coaxial access.
It has a low profile and is one gauge size larger than the Easy Core Biopsy System.
The PinPoint Introducer Needle has an echogenic cannula tip, designed to enhance sonographic imaging for visualization during the procedure.
Once the PinPoint Introducer Needle is positioned at the biopsy site, the Easy Core Biopsy system is introduced through the cannula until the handle is flush with the hub, and then sample acquisition is performed.
After completing sample acquisition, the PinPoint Introducer Needle cannula may be repositioned to obtain subsequent samples.
