Boston Scientific is committed to providing patients with the best possible support and important health information after receiving a drug-eluting coronary stent via the Stentplus Patient Success Program.

This innovative program helps physicians educate their patients about the importance of anti-clotting medications prescribed after a drug-eluting stent is implanted, as well as information on coronary artery disease and its treatment. The program also helps patients find ways that may save them money on their prescriptions. Patient tools included in the program are available in English and Spanish.

The Stentplus Program has been reviewed and endorsed by the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI), Association of Black Cardiologists (ABC), American College of Cardiovascular Administrators (ACCA) and American Association of Cardiologists of Indian Origin (AACIO).

The Stentplus Program, which Boston Scientific provides at no cost to the physician, hospital or patient, was recently nominated for the industry Medical Marketing & Media awards for Best Total Integrated Program.
