Employee Stories

Hunter and Juan, Finance Rotation Associates

Working here at Boston Scientific you have the benefit of working for a company that manufactures products that improve the quality of patients lives and that really is a motivating factor for a lot of workers here. It gives you a lot of energy to wake up in the morning and come in and really improve the company, add value to the stakeholders. But more than that you know you're helping people out. And hearing those patient stories, it's really impressive what our products do and that makes the experience a lot more satisfying.

That's what makes you wake up in the morning saying, OK, well I have to run numbers, maybe I have to do similar functions that you might do in different companies, but at the same time you're saying, the end result, that you see through the patient videos that they show us and meeting the patients, is saving lives. There are so many different procedures, so many different products Boston Scientific creates that help people in their everyday lives, that it is the main motivator for coming in to work everyday.
