Dan, Leiden, and Kaitlyn, Finance Rotation Associates

In graduating from Minnesota I never pictured myself necessarily moving to the East coast, especially right out of school, my family, my friends, all still in the local Minneapolis area. However, when I heard that the rotational program was a viable opportunity for me - when I heard that I had been offered the position, I knew that I needed to take advantage of this because of what the rotational program offered as far as experience, opportunities, exposure, additional roles that I would not necessarily be able to obtain had I started with a static position in a company that was in Minneapolis.

As a young professional, I was looking to gain experience. And what's nice about the rotational program is the fact that there is the ability to see many different areas within Boston Scientific. It's dynamic, not static.

What stands out most to me in my two months that I've worked here is how much responsibility I've been given. I was really looking for a job that challenged me and I knew that this program would be perfect for that. And they haven't let me down at all. They've given me so much responsibility, more than I ever thought that they would and I really get to take ownership of everything that I do which is really important to me. So, I'm challenged every day at work. I look forward to coming to work and that's a really important thing in a job.
