I found it to be very challenging but I’ve realized that all they want to know is that you’re so sure that this is what you want to do and a reason why. Have you done some good research? Do you, are you willing to give the time, the dedication? Are you motivated enough and do you enjoy working with people? Do you enjoy getting to know people of various different personalities? Different backgrounds, different communities. And as long as you have that work ethic and, I think, that self integrity in you that you’re always going to do what’s right. You’re always going to do what’s best for the patient. You have to remember that from day one.
