Employee Stories

Julie, Inventory Control Manager

I work in the Quincy, Massachusetts, Distribution Center. And I am the Inventory Control Manager at that site. Our primary objective in Inventory Control is to ensure that inventory accuracy is at the highest possible levels. And this is important because it ensures our ability to meet our customer demand exactly when they want to receive their products. What I like about my job at Boston Scientific is I have the opportunity to interface with sites all around the world. In Inventory Control, in Quincy Distribution Center, we receive product and ship product globally. To both BSC sites and domestic and international customers. This affords me the opportunity to interface directly with other BSC sites on pretty much a daily basis. And I really enjoy that.
