Employee Stories

Catherine, Marketing Science Manager

One of the most formative events when I was an intern here was actually getting a chance to go to Quality Days. And Quality Days is a day where we bring in patients into the organization. They tell us about how our devices made a difference in their lives. And it’s just an amazing experience where you get a chance to hear about the mother whose life was saved with our defibrillator. Or the patient who can now walk up and down the stairs because they have a CRTD device. And it’s an amazing, emotional experience and it really bonds the entire organization together. You get a chance to see the impact that our devices make in patients’ day-to-day lives. It’s an amazing thing.
