Shubha, Sales Representative

Another really great thing about Boston Scientific is this is a very diverse community and the company is constantly doing things to help, help impact minority communities, help bring people together from different backgrounds, different ethnicities, different career paths. And I’ve recently been a part of an organization know as SAIL. Which stands for South Asians in Leadership. I’m from India, part of South Asia and they also have an organization for Hispanic folk called HOLA. They have another organization for Southeast Asian professionals and really the goal of these organizations is to be able to get together and talk to people about your experiences. Experiences in the field, experiences in-house, experiences personally. Just to promote diversity. And I think it’s a beautiful thing and I’m very fortunate to be a part of SAIL.
